Fred is a partner with The Andringa Group where he consults primarily with nonprofit boards and their CEOs. His specialty is in developing board policy manuals and he has co-authored a book on the subject with Bob Andringa (Good Governance for Nonprofits) that was published in 2007 by the American Management Association and now published by Harper-Collins and available on Amazon. He retired in 2001 from PricewaterhouseCoopers after 29 years with the firm, where he was the Managing Partner of the government consulting practice as well as a member of the US and Global Boards of Directors.
