Dale is a partner with The Andringa Group and serves as an organizational development consultant. Since 1973, Dale has completed over 1,500 engagements with nonprofit CEOs and their senior staff in the areas of leadership and team development, strategic planning, change management and non-profit governance. After 28 years as assistant chair for planning and program development in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School, Dale now holds an Emeritus Faculty appointment.
